What is 'Organisational Culture'?. It is hard to pin down but discomfort with or alienation from the prevailing  culture is often referenced by mediation participants who feel that they have been subject to bullying or harassment at work.

A new publication by the British Medical Association (October 2018) recognises the links in its recently published report 'Bullying and harassment: how to address it and create a supportive and inclusive culture.'

 

The report highlights considering mediation as an option in cases where bullying or harassment has been alleged.
